LAS VEGAS (NOV. 16, 2021)– The Sapphire Foundation for Prostate Cancer (SFPC), Vegas’ premiere 501(c)3 benefitting men with prostate cancer, will host the world’s largest mixed table tennis tournament, Ping Pong Palooza!
On Tuesday, November 16th, the Sapphire Foundation for Prostate Cancer invites Vegas industry pros, fun-havers and philanthropists alike to participate in the 14th Annual Ping Pong Palooza fundraising event to be held at the world’s largest gentlemen’s club. In recent years, paddle masters and ball-busting ladies have turned out to compete, representing various companies such as Bacardi, Moet Hennessy, El Dorado Mexican Cantina, and Tao Nightclub. Originally inspired by Christopher Walken film, Balls of Fury, this industry favorite event has matured into one of the most revered events held at Sapphire.
All teams are required to have a minimum of 4 contestants, with at least one female teammate. Team registration will begin at 6 p.m., with tournament play commencing at 7 p.m.
Teams with the “Best Uniform” and “Best Team Spirit” will also be awarded bottles of champagne. In addition to ultimate bragging rights and trophies, teams have the opportunity to win a fabulous Skybox Experience and Sapphire Dance Dollars among other fantastic raffle prizes. Entry fee/donations are $200 per team for a foursome, with all proceeds benefiting the Sapphire Foundation for Prostate Cancer. Drinks and buffet dining are included in the entry. ABOUT THE SAPPHIRE FOUNDATION FOR PROSTATE CANCER The Sapphire Foundation for Prostate Cancer (SFPC) is dedicated to advancing research, supporting patients and creating hope for the prostate cancer community, and is focused on helping men with prostate cancer that need financial assistance for medical expenditures and other financial needs. SFPC aims to motivate men to get tested for the disease as early detection proves to be crucial in the treatment process. Peter Feinstein, Managing Partner of Sapphire Gentlemen’s Club, “The World’s Largest Gentlemen’s Club” and prostate cancer survivor, has hosted over a dozen charity golf and poker tournaments in Las Vegas since the creation of the organization. Due to its tremendous success in Las Vegas, the organization brought the fundraiser to the East Coast to continue to raise funds for prostate cancer victims and awareness of this life-threatening disease.
